Price/(Price/Book) <> Book Value?

Take the case of Pfizer on 3/10/2020 with a Closing Price of $34.59 and a P/B ratio of 2.96. Book Value is listed on Yahoo as $11.41. $34.59/2.96 = $11.68 but SA give a book value of -$5.58! All use same interval for calculation ttm. Why is SA giving a value of -$5.58. Even on Yahoo if we divide its price by P/B ($34.59/3.12) = $11.08 which is not the Book Value yahoo lists as $11.41. I find they are always off. Why? What am I missing?

I also saw this problem too. When i look at JNJ i found BV to be -8,29 !! Whereas it should be around 22 (22.59 on yahoo and others).
