Notifications

The new notifications process is really dumb.  Alert badge shows up on app icon.  Go back to home screen and pull down the phone Notifications Center.  Find the SA article.  Clear it, and the alert badge still stays on the app icon.  You have broken the expected process for notifications and replaced it with bad function.  Whoever thought this was a good idea should not be making decisions.
