For the money we pay to belong to this website, plus the money we pay to subscribe to content providers, we should have a decent functioning chat room where we can interact with the people we pay so much money to. Chat room is frequently off-line. There needs to be a better alternative to rocket chat or content providers need to have the option to move chat off SeekingAlpha to a more reliable and better service
