Add universal links so SA links open in SA app on IOS

On the iPad, the mail app opens SA links with the default browser - Safari.

However, the request header is too large so I always see a 400 error on Safari for EVERY SA link.

If you were to add 'universal links' for IOS devices, these links would open with the appropriate app (the IOS SA app) and not a browser.
