I have premium membership but it is not recognized on my iPad. What to do?

I received Seeking Alpha news posts, etc, for around 12 years before signing membership. It didn’t work out for me. My first question would be have you signed in? I never had to sign in until I became a member! I also had some struggles transitioning to this new “membership” deal. I also had an IPhone, and a second complication was downloading the IPhone Ap. I had to review, and what I felt was reload again after the new membership status. Just wasn’t working. Then when it was working okay on my MacPro, and IPhone, I had a Safari update, and it seemed to begin again. I also found that now I signed out, This paradigm shift required some new disciplines, and methods of steps. Now, it just seems to work! This shift was quite challenging, and whatever I tried seemed like”Nowhere Man” and I wanted to quit. It jelled, and I can’t explain it, but transitioning seemed impossible, but eventually it worked......for me! I wish you the best in your endeavor. I like Seeking Alpha and am still learning about its capabilities.
