Seriously, at what point does SA take a customer-centric view of chat, which is a key feature of the awesome BTM service. Let us go to slack or something, free us from these shackles. Can we just start a slack? What exactly is driving the attachment to a glitchy chat, since customer experience is apparently not in the top 3 or so critieria?
