SA shows negative operating cash flow for years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2020 for CIBEY. This is not true

I have reviewed the annual reports for CIBEY for the years 2016 - 2020 in Egyptian Pounds and there is no year that they have negative operating vash flow, so it is impossible for SA's data to be correct.
