Cannot add a symbol to my portfolio?

No matter what I do, I cannot add symbols to my portfolio.  I can remove, but not add.

I've tried three different browsers, IE, Firefox and Chrome?

To help us find the issue, please try again in Chrome, then hit the F12 key, go to the "Console" tab and take a screenshot of any red errors shown there and post them here.
