Authors hawking newsletters
Editors should reject submissions which are obnoxiously using SA as free advertising for their services complete with shills in the comments section. A mention that they have a news letter should suffice. Also, some authors hijack the comments section of creditable authors to hype their services making them unavoidable. At minimum, SA should offer a chance to flag what they perceive as misuse to SA staff. This behavior diminishes the credibility of this very valuable forum and should be addressed.
