Article comments sort default

I just noticed that it is possible to sort the comments following an article by either Newest or Oldest.  It would seem to make more sense for the default sort to be Oldest, as that is how most readers are accustomed to reading comment streams.  Instead, the default sort is Newest, placing the newest comment at the top of the stream.  There is much value in reading an entire comment stream, from oldest at the top to newest at the bottom.  Please make the default sort order be Oldest.  Those that want to change it can then go to the top and change the sort order.  Every single article that I've read since noticing this change, I have had to go change the sort order to Oldest.
