Automatically display new comments without having to refresh the entire page.

It should be possible for new comments under articles to automatically display without the user having to refresh the entire page.  Also, it should be possible to sort comments by date and time.  Page refreshes are a PC resource hog, and searching for new comments is cumbersome in the current website configuration.
