My portfolio continually ignores updated numbers of shares.  So, I have to edit and update again and again.  Very frustrating!  How do I fix this problem?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

I have used and enjoyed my portfolio on SA, but you have changed it so that it is unusable now. I believe you want to charge me $19.99/month for an upgraded version, which I won't pay.  I'll have to look around for another service if you won't return me and my wife to our previous portfolio service.   Robert (Bob) Coleman.

Hi Bob, this portfolio is free.  We will not be charging for its use.  There are aspects of the portfolio which are for paid users only, namely the quant ratings but the portfolio itself is free.

Please let me know specifically what your issues are with the new portfolio, and why you find it unusable.

Thanks,

I moved your account to our new portfolio.  Please click on the number of shares to delete the lots that have now been duplicated

Jacob, thank you for answering my portfolio complaint. I've found the Seeking Alpha basic portfolio setup perfect for my use, and I have used it extensively and depended on it. Now you have changed the format so that is difficult for me to use effectively. The best thing you could do for me is to return Bob's and Diana's portfolios to the format of a week or so ago. Thank for your consideration.  Robert Coleman.
