Not fixed for me.  Sometimes it goes to the right comment, but more than half the time it just goes to the top of the article,

Same thing happening in Chrome and Edge on a Windows 10 laptop.

It's been like this for days.  POWW is trading in the mid-6's but reporting in the 2's.

Same problems, same OS (Win10).  Also having problems with SA keeping track of comments that I've already read.  It's like the entire notification system got stoned about a week ago.
