We regret the inconvenience caused however there is no restriction on the number of articles you can post on a daily/weekly basis.
We usually have that limitation in place only for new contributors' first few articles, until they get thoroughly aligned with our expectations and guidelines. I see that there is a feedback for you to not submit 'multi-part' articles, and this is because it makes for bad user experience. You can submit articles as frequently as you want to. If you encounter any exchange with editors that implies otherwise, please let us know to further look into this matter.
