On 11/29/20 I used to check several of my lists of investments, some tracking since 2000.

When I wanted to QUIT, would not respond and would not restore the scession.

Message that  " Internet  Explorer (2) is not working."

W-10 on my computer bought last Dec. 1 year old.

How to get it unlocked without losing the several lists of investments?
