Blinding flash of the obvious - several SA authors (the name "Rida Morwa" comes quickly to mind) are selling you a sack of half-truths (and, sometimes, outright lies.) Find a better service, and give THEM your money, time, and attention. Or expect more of the same. If nothing changes, nothing changes.

SA penalizes adult behavior, in a variety of ways, while generally ignoring the trolls and griefers … which is why I am leaving as soon as my subscription is over.  As a former small business owner, I can say with some confidence that this is not how you treat your customers (and their complaints about your product) if you want to stay in business.  Since the best way to punish SA for their dereliction of fiduciary responsibility to their customers is by voting with your feet - just take your money elsewhere, and support a better site - that is what I intend to do (when my subscription runs out, since THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS, EVER … another red flag that it's time to look for the nearest exit, because YOU are the bunny!)  "Think of it as evolution in action."
