Your FCF definition does not make sense. What do dividends have to do with Free Cash Flow?

Best practice would add two fields to your Valuation screen for clear definition including last price and date the EV was calculated from (e.g. Last Price = $10 EV  & Calc Date = 9/28/18). Err to transparency.
