Saving chart settings?
Love the charts on here but can't find a way to save the chart settings. Have to select the chart preferences for each ticker symbol viewed...ie (candle bars, moving average, rsi, etc...)

We don't currently have this option, but it's a great suggestion and we'll consider adding it.

It is hard for me to fathom that SA, after being around for *years*, doesn't have the ability to save default settings for charts. This, imo, is as basic as price alerts for stocks which I was also told "was a great suggestion and we'll consider adding it."
I had really hoped SA would be a "one stop" for research. Clearly not going to be the case.
I agree, I am happy with the overall platform. However, since i am paying for a service, I am looking for a one stop shop for news and charting. So, if i find one, they may be getting my business instead.

I'm happy to let you know that the next feature on our 2021 roadmap is price alerts, it should be rolled out in the upcoming weeks, while chart settings is a bit later in the priority list.
BTW, did you get a chance to explore our 'custom notes' feature?

Glad to hear about price alerts.
I’ve seen the notes and will check them out closer.
Without the feature of saving chart settings for each individual stock, the chart is basically not of much use. If this is provided, I'll use Seeking Alpha exclusively for most of my purposes.
