Cannot scroll through portfolio on iPhone

On iPhone app 3.8.2 can no longer scroll through portfolio. And still unresolved, cannot view notifications. 


I have not been able to use this app for approx a month (or more?). I am now looking for an alternative. This app was very useful for general information and conversation in specific topics. Unfortunately, I now realize I was relying on its information too much. 


Once I find a viable alternative, I see little reason to keep this app with how long it takes to get support. Sad.

Please reinstall the app. Make sure you are installing version 3.8.8.

If you already installed 3.8.8 and the problem persists, try to log out and log in again.

As long as you login with the same email address, you won't loose your data.

I would suggest reinstalling and installing for store.

I’m having the exact same issue - I think it has to do with the recent Apple update because I wasn’t having issues before. Any news of a fix coming?

same issue. I can not scroll up and down to see more than 6 stocks on my portfolio. Just updated the app to see if it would resolve the issue and it did not.


It is also way to willing to swipe to delete the stock now.

Did you try reinstalling? 

Same with me. Since latest upgrade, iPhone app is broken. can't scroll inside portofolios. Sometimes it works, but very infrequently.

we’ve already installed your most recent update, but the app still refuses to scroll.

I am finding the same problem - wonder if it's an App problem.  This has been the only time it happened.

Used to enjoy the app, persistent problems with poor resolution ruined it
