Something on SeekingAlpha Pages Is Taking Large Amounts of CPU?
I have been doing tests under Windows 8, and there is no question that SeekingAlpha's pages are taking some very large amount of CPU, continuously. If you have more than one SA page open in more than one Chrome browser tab, the effect becomes even worse. On a computer with 16 processor cores, I was taking up nearly 50% of the CPU on all 16 cores!! When I close down all SA tabs, CPU use lowers to 13% on all 16 cores.

This issue is happening on my windows 10 & 11 (64 byte with 32 gig ddr 4 ram) systems and my Android with 32 gig ram phone. I have adblock on one system and one without adblock. Each grinds bringing up and filling in even the smallest of my portfolios.
l have a suspension it's the ads + the screen updates of the stocks cause the glut. But why the memory hoggness and slowness persists even after it loads is a real concern.
