Why is ability to download screener results suddenly broken
Used to work fine. Now buttons to download as Excel sometimes work, sometimes don't. Sometimes they're enabled, other times the same button on the exact same screener is disabled. I have submittted support request but no response. Apparently COVID has reduced the ability to respond to support, but apparently hasn't reduced the ability for SA developers to change and break things. REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SERVICE!!
