Linking portfolio to Interactive Brokers account fails with "Something went wrong"

The title says it all. I enter username and password, then Query ID, then Token, and it says "Something went wrong" and nothing gets imported in my portfolio. I managed to do it in the past, but it never updated, and sometimes produced error messages, so I deleted the portfolio, created a new one and got this error. I also got it in the past, I believe, before to make it work. Does this thing really work to your knowledge, or is it still tentative? Thanks.

since IA moved the central european accounts to irland, the seeking alpha link does not work any more. No idea, if a fix is in porgress? Any ideas?

I'm not in Central Europe and I was not moved. Beside I remember having issues with this many months ago. I noticed that Plaid is advertised on SA's side while the third party is Mint on IB's side. But it sort of worked that way in the past. This is quite confusing.

It really is confusing. I opened exactly the same ticket 3 days ago but no answer.

Account Management>Settings>Account Settings
On the right there is a panel stating 'Third party services'. There you can enable mint and get token/query

Thanks.

I managed in the end.

It's the IB site that issues the token.

And I am pretty sure this  is how I did it.

click on PROFILE

Then go to bottom right of screen

click on Configure Third-Party Services

Then enable 'MINT'

I think that's how I did it. Hope nothing has been left out.

Facing the same issues, it says "There was a problem linking your account. Our team has been notified and will work to resolve the issue." when linking my IBKR account.

Does anyone have a fix?
