I keep getting a popup regarding needing to "press and hold" for capcha. This has been happening practically daily and is very frustrating. The message says "To ensure this doesn’t happen in the future, please enable Javascript and cookies in your browser", but I've made sure that all my cookies and Javascript is enabled in my Chrome browser (this is the default setting).

I tried leaving a comment on a previous similar post (here) with my reference ID, but for some reason I was unable to post a comment as recommended such that a ticket can be made for my issue (it also had a similar issue with "press and hold").

Would it be possible to open a ticket for me to have this resolved?
