New I pad pro 12.9— notification list appears but unable to open the articles

Everything else seems ok

Having same problem as ndsras above. Can’t open Grey symbol news articles.

I have a similar problem.   Some open and others do not. Any of the ones with the grey symbol with white horizontal lines will not open.
