All comment sections say "Comments for this topic are disabled"
Not matter what blog or notification I open, all the comments say this and they don't seem to be updating with new comments. Running v. 3.10.12 (2179) on my iPad..

I get “Comments have been disabled for this article,” thus can’t enter comment for the stocks I follow., I used to be able to enter comments.

I just updated and you can now comment. The fix occurred last night. To get the update go to App Store and click not open word but the sa picture which then changes your opportunity to open to update.
Same here. Comments are disabled but only using iPad app. Browser based works fine. I deleted the app and reloaded but no improvement.
Plus it only seems to be happening on the iPad. Comments are open on my iPhone. Weird.
Its a bug will be fixed in 3.10.14 which will be out in a few days
