The issue was with the bounce as mentioned for another user above. It has been cleared and the emails should be flowing in now.

No resolution yet to email alerts.  Problem has existed for at least 2 months.  How do I get this resolved?

How difficult would it be for one SA employee to monitor if emails are sent out daily by signing up for SA  emails?

Seems like a No brainer for customer service!

Morning SA emails that I signed up for are still not coming this AM- Nov. 17.

SA emails I am signed up for stopped 9/1/2023.

Contacted SA support 3 times TICKET # 354738. And NO HELP.

Could lack of response be due to "use echo."?

Please fix or at least respond to me.
