I'm not getting access to premium after payment

I Purchased the 1 year premium service from your website on Dec 14th 2022 on your “end of year flash sale” for 39.99. I submitted my payment and then the screen said that it had an error and it would “let the engineers know”. Then I looked to see if I gained access to the premium service / benefits and it’s saying under my account and “paid subscriptions tab” the only plan that I have is the free plan. I want my premium service for the 1 year. My payment even processed on my bank account as well for 42.35. I also want to make sure the “AUTO RENEW” for the purchase that was made for premium is turned OFF! Because I can’t access this on my end because there is know sign that I even have access to said paid for premium subscription. My premium access is not working! I need this fixed quickly. Thank you.

I have the same issue and have filed two support requests. I can have the charges reversed for failure to deliver services or fraud but would prefer not to do so.

Add me to the list. I've logged out and back in several times. You have my money 39.99 (plus tax)  I have no access.

I am having the same issue.  I purchased your $39.99 flash sale as well.  My challenge is I seem to have multiple accounts with Seeking Alpha. I corrected the old email to the new email...but nothing has transferred over.  This is frustrating to not have access to a human to solve what is likely a backend tag issue.  How does this get resolved or do I just cancel my purchase?
