trying to change email address
i am trying to change my email address but having no luck - after clicking the link to send a email link to authorise the change the system is asking to enter a user-name and password. i have never been asked for a "username" - normally enter an email and password, not username. My email doesnt work if entered - please advise how to fix this issue
I have the same issue. Received the link to confirm the email change and I tried entering my new email with existing password, old email and existing password, existing 'username' and existing password and got nowhere. Very frustrating.
I even cleared my cookies for the Seeking Alpha website and still same issue. Tried a different browser, same issue.
Customer service please advise how to complete the process to change the email address on an existing account.
