Access Blocked

I have started getting a blocking screen on the website today which says java may not be working or you do not like my browsing history. App on Iphone and Ipad works fine.

I have changed nothing on my computer. Using IE 11 Latest update. Windows 7 Java installed and running.

I will Email a screenshot of the message.
