Ads overriding content
This is not the first time that I've come across an ad which overrides all other content. I've seen it do it to the notifications drop down menu as well.

Haven't seen the offending ad, this was https://seekingalpha.com/article/4126588-first-solar-inc-2017-q3-results-earnings-call-slides where it happened.
That blackrock ad, and previous blackrock ad have been the only offenders(the other one was running on every page months ago, May 23rd)
Hello,
Thank you for bring this to our attention. It is an issue associated with the Z Index of the content Vs the Z Index of the ad. Basically the Z Index of the content should always be the highest possible Index Number (2147483647) in order for it to be impossible for ads to overlay the content.
Would you happen to have the url for this specific page in order for our dev team to be able to resolve the issue?
Thanks again and best regards,

This issue should now be fixed. Thanks for your help in identifying it!
