Unable to access rocket chat

Just updated the SA app and cannot access any chatrooms. 

I can only get as far as the screen below. When trying to enter my SA username and password, I get an error message "Oops! Your credentials were rejected" although I do enter both correctly


Do I need to create a separate rocket account in addition to my SA account?


SO FRUSTRATING THAT NOTHING HERE WORKS

Is anyone monitoring these questions here? I am still unable to connect to the chat from the new mobile app on my iPhone. Have re-installed the app several times already but Rocket Chat still refuses to let me in. The mobile chat is completely broken and inaccessible on my iPhone. PLEASE HELP!

I can't get rocket chat to work either. the registration screen is frozen... with a message "please wait" that hasn't changed for two days.  this program is very frustrating.  I NEED TO STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH GMB'S COMMENTS!

Sorry to hear! I guess there are many people experiencing similar issues.

Clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the new mobile app results in the following error message for me.

SEEKING ALPHA NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP!!!

Still have the same issue 5 days after getting a new phone. Log in credentials work on my old phone, my laptop, and my PC but get rejected in my new S21 Galaxy.

What do I have to do to get tech support to fix this problem?

I still have this issue. The app was working fine and now stopped working. We’re paying customers. Would SA want to step up their game or there’s not much effort on customer retention?

I opened a ticket with Seeking Alpha and was asked to login/ logout etc. but nothing helped. Then finally figured out the issue and informed them how I resolved my issue.

I downgraded the iOS app to version 4.14.1.22787 and it’s working now.
luckily I am registered for beta version of the Rocket.Chat app and using that I was able to get a older version of the app. The problem is with the app and not the server I hope this helps some of you who have same issue as me.

I just had the same issue with my iPhone but resolved it by simply exiting the Rocket.chat app - NOT pasting in the rc.seekingalpha address - and only then clicking on the chat icon in my seeking alpha service subscription. That caused the Rocket.chat app to auto-open and auto populate the seeking alpha rc address, and it logged right in.
