The notification tab doesn’t show the articles after the recent update

Still having this issue. My notifications tab shows the most recent ones from December. Back in December I stopped accruing new notifications. Please fix. Thanks. iOS 12.1.3 iPhone X. Tried reinstalling and issue persists.
