Hi,
you can individually clear all notifications, or click on the 'clear all' button and remove them all.
The unread notifications are highlighted in bold.
I hope this helps, Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

Well, I may have spoken too soon. The non disappearing notification is not going away after i open the app. Deleting and reinstalling the app had fixed it temporarily but now the issue is back. I will have to turn off badge notifications.
Yes, you spoke too soon. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which seemed to have temporarily fixed it by removing the red “1” notification icon on the App, but as soon as I got a NEW notification and opened the app, it returned and it won’t go away. Therefore, the new update (5.2.4) did NOT address the issue, although it was intended to.

We are not talking about notifications inside the app. We are talking about notifications on the home page screens of our devices. Or at least I am. On Apple devices, you get a number in a red circle on the app icon on the home page indicating you have a notification. When the app works correctly, tapping on the SA icon gets id of the notification on the app icon. That is no longer happening. In fact, the icon seems to be quasi-permanent. And now SA is not even listed as an app under the Notifications setting of my iPhone or iPad where you can adjust the types of notifications you want to receive. So the whole notification system is buggered.

This does not make the notification badge on iPhone go away. All notifications have been cleared but the app still indicates I have “1” notification. Needs to be fixed.
I have this same issue and it's frustrating for sure. I see a "1" red notification badge on the iOS app. I just updated to version 5.2.41 (which seems to have been released 15 hrs ago) and it's STILL there. When I open the app I have may have actually in app articles etc that are more than one so that app badge should be definitely more than one but never is, but the ONLY other thing that looks like an "unread" item in the app is "Link" option to link via Plaid your investment account. That's something I probably wont ever do but that exclamation on that button never goes away and wondering if related?
I've removed the app and reinstalled, I've logged into SeekingAlpa website and went through all areas and do not see any unread notifications there either.
Next step is leaning towards removing app as turning off badges shouldnt have to be a fix. I do enjoy reading the articles about stocks I'm interested in so you guys are shooting yourself in the foot over this bug.

Posted in iPad section but that doesn’t get any attention apparently. After installing 5.2.3, notifications badge won’t clear after opening the app. It worked fine before that update which was supposed to fix a notification issue. For me, it created one. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It didn’t fix the issue. Please address this. Thanks.
