I stopped receiving my subscribed news feeds and individual stock news from Seeking Apha several days ago. I continue to receive MyAuthors. I tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing. Nothing from Seeking Alpha shows blocked in my contacts. Can you help?

My email alerts have stopped arriving also. I have whitelisted s/a, checked my settings and all seems to be in order.

Can you check to see why my emails are bouncing? Thank you.

Hi GIHE,

The issue was with the bounces. Emails can be stopped due to a bounce we received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. We must obey the message from your provider due to spam regulations and we freeze your emails.

The bounces are cleared now.

It's a complete pain.

1/ Lodge a complaint / issue with SA (will take a while) for them to undo the "bounce" at their end.

2/ In meantime, you'll have to use a new email address.

I seem to be having the same or similar issues.
Is there a problem with SA newsletters not getting to recipients?

I have "account@seekingalpha.com" in my contacts in an attempt to stop SA emails being bounced.

Normally, if emails are bouncing, there would be a notification at top of portfolio page - I don't have such message.
