I am not receiving emailalerts in my email, once again.

For the last 2 days I am not receiving email alerts, and also the tab that used to appear on the top of the seekingalpha page in order to reenstate the alerts it does not appear also.

I was getting email alerts until today. I should have received one this morning but it didn't come. I checked the spam folder its not there either. Is it required to have both email and mobile box checked to receive only email alerts? I only had email box checked.

I stopped receiving emails shortly after receiving account deactivated notice on June 20th.  I have whitelisted account@seekingalpha.com and subscriptions@seekingalpha.com and premiumauhors@seekingalpha.com.  Please check into a possible bounce issue to restore my emails

Mine is not a bounce issue as per my provider.  SA has problem that tech cannot or will not fix. By now you would think top tech would have been notified to explore all possible reasons.  This has been going on for months
