I open this app hundreds of times per day. Very irritating that this is happening. Feels like a piece of me is missing

Thank you for your message and I apologize for the inconvenience.

We had a bug in our system recently that was causing this issue for a small portion of customers. While we are working on an automated fix for this, there are a couple things we can try to restore access:

1) Logging out and logging back in

To do so, go to your “More” menu and select "Sign Out".

To log back in simply enter the email and password with which you registered, and you will automatically be logged in.

If you can't remember which account you used to register, please type in the email address you are using to receive email alerts from Seeking Alpha with.

If you forgot your password you can always recover it by entering your email address and on the password screen tap on “Forgot Password”. You will get an email from Seeking Alpha with a One-Click Setup link. This will log you back in.

If it's not working, you can uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Please let me know if the issue persists after performing these two measures.

Best,

Maya

Yesterday, August 11, I signed up for a discounted membership and free 7-day trial.

I cannot get access to anything.

SA "support" does not respond.

There is no option to log on.

If I  try to see an article I am told I have to sign up for Premium. Which I just did . . ;

.If this is not fixed quickly I shall have to cancel with my credit card company and lodge a complaint with our state consumer affairs office.

Looks like I am not the only one with this kind of problem.
The "help and support" menu gets me a warning page:

"Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to customer.comcast.com. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.

It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem."

SEEKING ALPHA STARTS TO LOOK LIKE AN INTENTIONAL SCAM.

I am a Premium member as well, and while reading an article this morning, I clicked on a link within the article, that referenced some background.  It took me an error page that says "YIKES, look like we've messed up.  We have encountered an error". "Go to Status Page" which shows that there's nothing amiss with the Seeking Alpha site.  I simply cannot log in to my data now, even though I've tried logging out and then trying to log in.  Don't know what else to do.  Seems to still be working on my iPad, but I can't access on my laptop anymore.  Dave
