Comments do not load for most articles - iPhone 8 - recent problem. Also the News menu item displays nothing

Please fix this - extremely annoying.  Comments should not be difficult to display

Hi, we released a fix for it the issue with comments, could you all please remove and re-install the app back.

The issue should be solved.

Comments broken for me as well, iPhone 11 with latest updates. 

comments broken here also. Deleted and reloaded the app. Still dead. Logged out and signed back in, still dead. The counter comments are important enough to me that I’m considering permanently dumping the app and using others or a browser

comments DO work in the mobile browser!!


please fix this App. I’m rather certain you’re able to far better “monetize” my viewing in the app compared to my cookie crunching, ad blocking browser.

i just paid $29 per month and now i cant see the comments. the comments are just as important to me as the articles. this sucks!!!

This update you reference - why is it not showing in the Apple Store with today’s date?  If I follow your instructions - where will I get this latest update from?  I’m worried that uninstalling the existing version will make me lose all of my settings, my profile, my portfolio etc.

I should be able to force an update to the app with the latest version if it was really available - it seems this is not the case as I would see it listed in the App Store with today’s date and a higher version number.

Don't worry, you won't lose already created Portfolios if you use the same credentials (email) to log in.


It's not updated on the app side, but reinstalling the app will clean the cache and should help to fix the issue. We really hope it will help you, please update me if you will have time.
