I am assuming you want to delete a portfolio overall. You will be able to find a pencil icon once you have the portfolio opened, click on it, on the next pop-up, you can click on Delete Portfolio as highlighted in the below image to delete a portfolio.

In order to edit the name, you can also change the name in the same pop up as well.
