You can try unsubscribing from the real time analytic alerts. At the bottom of each of this type of email there's a link to "unsubscribe from this alert type". That should reduce the number of these types of emails.

Do you have separate login information? If not, when you log into the iPad on your ID the portfolio should be there.

You should receive an email from us regarding your password. That should allow you to change it.
