Changing email address is not working....
Trying to change me email address. I put the new email address in and password. I accept the confirmation email but the email address in the system does not change. Sort of a basic feature.

Same happened to me today. I had to request a new password to login in. In addition, I had a portfolio with my previous email. I expected my portfolio to be available on my new email in addition to my user id. Those 2 important things did not happen. In my professional opinion (Principal Software Developer), it appears to just create a new login and delete the previous. Am I missing something?

FYI, I was wrong, both my Alpha logins are active.
If you use the app, it is unfortunately too easy to accidentally create a new account for yourself, if you don't read the prompts on the phone. We are changing the login process in the new redesigned app (coming in Q3) to prevent this confusion.
I can not change my email address. I can still login with my old email address, but, I no longer have that email address. What do I do?

What do you enter there? Your old or your new email. If new, do you reuse your old password? This looks promising but got invalid password trying to create a new password. All other avenues got the YIKES screen
It is still not working for me, I get a page not found error. How can I change the email on my account?
