For the last week, when I open an email alert, then click on the 'read' button I get a 'lost secure connection' notice. This is on my lap top. Does not matter what location I am in.  I tired resetting my password - did not help.

Thx

Hi, we made a change to try and fix this.  Let me know if you still see the problem when clicking from emails.

The issue remains.

If I delete the prefix "email." from the address the link works.  Tried it six times this morning.

Hopefully this helps.  Need to get this problem resolved. Thanks.

Is anyone here willing to do a 5-10 minute screenshare to help us diagnose the issue?

Thanks,

What good are the E/M items if the (read now) link does not work. Been this way for several days. I shared w/

a computer tech person this AM. He was stumped.

Sincerely

Hallo, I have exactly the same Problem since 4 or 5 days. I am using Microsoft Edge and VIPRE virus protection.  Previously I never had any Problems. I am using Windows 10 with German lanuage Environment in Switzerland.

The error message that I receive is "Keine sichere Verbindung mit dieser Seite möglich" (English translation: "No safe connection with this site possible"). The following is a typical link that I have received via my email:

https://email.seekingalpha.com/news/3516620/track?type=click&mailingid=3516620&messageid=2900&databaseid=&serial=2900O3516620O1573160607845.0.2ea85b57918caabc63f6bff114a36deb&emailid=739091&userid=739091&extra=&&&3000&&&https://seekingalpha.com/account/email_auth?auth_param

Many thanks for a good Resolution of this Problem.

Thanks "Anonymous", I just tried this on my system (Windows 10, MS Edge, Antivirus-VIPRE) and it also functioned.  So this will now be my Workaround until the basic Problem is fixed.

I have no clue about the tech in how these things work. It seems obvious though that the "email." prefix is triggering some kind of security issue. If eliminating it makes the link work SA, how about just testing this as a fix.  This is over a week old now..."being stumped" isn't acceptable.  Reach out for some help somewhere and get un-stumped.

Still the same. Cannot access from G-Mail. Still get (This site cannot be reached). This was so good before

when I could forward an E/M to family and they could access and read the SA article.
