Bug - change email feature is not working

Trying to change email on my existing profile.

Nothing happens when i [1] enter new email [2] enter password ( i believe password of existing account) [3] and click save.

no error shown, page is kind of stuck. save button color changes on click. that's it.


i need to update my email. please help.

Unfortunately, the problem still persists: I can change the email address and save the new one, but when I click on the "save" button, it brings me back to the User Settings page where the old email address appears, and not the new address. I hope that the bug can be addressed. Please note that I use Safari 13.1.2 on macOS Catalina, 10.15.6.

Daniel, please click the link we’ve just sent to your new address to approve the change of the email.
Please check the Spam folder the email might get there by accident.

Update: it seems that bug was indeed solved: I have missed the fact that I needed to confirm the new email address from my email reader. I have just done it and the new email address was saved.

I have the same problem. I try to change my email address and save the new one but nothing happens. The old email address stays there and I don't get an email to approve the change.
