My Interactive brokers portfolio appears to be empty

One month ago i noticed that Seeking Alpha was not importing the latest updates from Interactive Brokers. I followed the advice to re-link the broker and now it say that my portfolio is empty.

It seems that the integration between Seeking Alpha and Interactive Brokers has some issues.

the best what you can do - just open direct support tickets.

I'm thinking about ask refund :( they can't solve the problem for one month :(

@ramif

Please check if it really syncs. Mine connected at one point, but it was not syncing.

Hope it works for you.

For me, nothing happened. I connect my account, see the rest of the money on it and ZERO symbols inside :(

I think I found the solution, on IB settings, in Third-Party Services, you need to activate also CashEdge, save it. Unlink the current portfolio, and try linking again, provide Mint Query ID and Token, and it should be good.

Not working for me. Maybe it's because I am on interactivebrokers.co.uk. Otherwise, it seems to work sometimes (if you try to unlink and relink, unlink/relink), accidentaly, but it doesn't update (it should have updated daily).

Didn't work for me either. Such a bummer... Hopefully they'll fix it eventually.
