My Interactive brokers portfolio appears to be empty

One month ago i noticed that Seeking Alpha was not importing the latest updates from Interactive Brokers. I followed the advice to re-link the broker and now it say that my portfolio is empty.

It seems that the integration between Seeking Alpha and Interactive Brokers has some issues.

It seems they fixed it. Suddenly, my otherwise empty account, is full with all my holdings. Great.

It randomly work for me as well - but does not seem to sync daily like it did before.

hi Everyone who’s problem with linking IBKR account with SA.

Mine is now working but it was a ruff ride.

Here is what you need to do:

Contact IBKR support and report the problem, in parallel do the same with SA support. IBKR was more helpful. They checked the connection codes and found everything correct. SA gave me a bit of BS about I was not in the US. DON’T accept it. Tell SA support to contact IBKR (I gave them my IBKR contacts email address) to work together on the problem and the solution. 
The key is don’t accept any answer wich suggests that you are not in the US and for this reason “sorry we will think about it”. Just keep hitting the drum.

ANYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH?.. NOT GETTING PORTFOLIO EMAILS & BREAKING NEWS ON STOCKS FROM "S.A." ❓️❓️

enabling CashEdge should have no impact. The are not interconnected IMHO.

Mine works now, random I think. I am with Misi27, SA support was useless. Did nothing really. Said they will escalated to engineering etc and will get back. No response since.

I am not in the US, and never was, worked for me then and works now, but does not sync all the time I think. At least it is not empty.

I asked support about eTrade, again they said they will escalate to engineering. Still does not work.

Ah.. it is sooooo frustrating. IB will not sync with SA. The issue is with Plaid (the interface between the two platforms). I have another app, similar to SA with Plaid as the bridge and having the same issue. Looks like Plaid has to work with IB :(
