SA is designed to track only active portfolios, hence we do not have an option to explicitly add cash balance to portfolios. nonetheless, i will share this feedback with our product team.
In the meantime, You can use tickers like USDT-USD, SPAXX, VMFXX whose value always remains $1 to add cash balance to your portfolio.
