From what I see, you are using an old version of the app.

Please update to the latest version. Make sure you are installing version 3.10.7 or later.

If you already installed 3.10.7 or later and the problem persists, try to log out and log in again.

Have you tried uninstall and reinstall?

Make sure that you are not exceeding the maximum of 250 stocks per portfolio OR 400 stocks across all your portfolios.

I would suggest re-login.

If you can't remember which account you used to register, please type in the email address you are using to receive email alerts from Seeking Alpha with.
