Thanks for the question. This is our chat notification. It shows the # of unread messages for direct chat messages and mentions within rooms (@all or @gofbud, in your case).

To clear, you need to scroll to the unread message(s) or click "Mark as unread" when the banner appears at the top of your chat room.

Hi Luca, thanks for the message. We have a bug with updating profile photos in the chat that we're working on. Once we have that resolved, your image should update properly.
