You had created an empty portfolio and that one is coming up by default.  You can switch portfolios to your original one.

Do you mean as a popup or in the notification inbox ?  Could you please post a screenshot showing the problem ?

Most likely you are signed out.  I see portfolios in your account.  Try and sign in again.   If you are still having problems, clear your cookies with seekingalpha.com/clean  and then sign in again.
