Hi Schall, I can see your portfolio in our system so it has not disappeared. Try to restart your browser and log in again and make sure you use the same user email that you use on the app. If you still have a problem, email websupport@seekingalpha.com

Hi Commonnonsense, Thank you for reporting this issue. It turns out that this bug was caused by a change made by Apple to iOS 10.3. We will be releasing a new beta with this fix. If anyone wants to be part of the beta testing, please email beta@seekingalpha.com and you will receive instructions how to download the beta version by email.

We are working on a better page for managing email alerts. In the interim, there is a workaround where you can go to the specific author's profile page, click Unfollow and then Follow again and then you can uncheck the Email alerts box.

The easiest way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store.. When you log in again with the same user, all of your portfolios/symbols will be accessible.
