I dont see any subscription on this account on which you posted this message. Did you purchase premium using a different account ?
Log in with exactly the same email and mechanism on the PC that you logged in with on the app. For example, if you logged in with Apple on the app, then login with Apple on the PC. If you chose to login with Apple and hide your email on the app, do the same on the PC, so we can find your subscription.
We have this fix in the works.
Hi, we are in the process of rolling out a new responsive version of the article page where the comment tracking now work both on the site and on our mobile apps in the same way. Not every user is seeing the new version yet, so that is why you may not be seeing it all the time. In the new version the "New" label is green and located on the right. In the new notification inbox, you can stop tracking comments directly from a menu next to each notification.
We added an option underneath the menu that you can expand all of the comments hidden behind the show more.
If you find links which do not work, it might be due to deleted comments. We have a task open for the developers to clean up associated notifications when comments get deleted.
Concerning not clearing the comment notification immediately, since it always worked like that people will complain the other way e.g. "why do I need to explicitly clear them now ? " "Why did you fiddle with it ?"
However, I did notice that FB just marks them as read, so if enough people think it is a good idea, I can do it.

Log out of Seeking Alpha on your macbook and log in again. Be sure to use the exact same mechanism to log in. It appears that you did a login with Apple and decided to hide your email from us. Now your subscription is attached to your hidden email. So, if you login with Apple on the macbook and choose to hide your email, we will find your subscription.
